Please note that I have tens of thousands of gears in all different materials, bore sizes, diametral pitch, and tooth counts. Gear racks, pinon wires and pinion shaft, etc.
For clarity please note that the buy it now is for one rack. Please note that these were rescued out of failing torn dirty packaging and are now stored with care in a dehumidified environment with desiccant packs. (SEE PICS) Please note that over the years a mild patina is present on some of the racks as can be seen in the detailed photographs. Please note that this discoloration in no way affects the performance of the gears or the geometry of the tooth meshing. This patina varies from rack to rack and I cannot guarantee what each one will look like. Please note that the photographs are actual pictures of all 80 of the racks. I only found one with a large flaw on it and it is being sold at a reduced price and I indicate the flaw with a pointing device in the picture. These do not contain any bends or broken teeth. They may however contain a very slight curvature due to them being machined on one surface only and being flat on the other. This very slight flex is very easily removed sometimes even under its own weight before being attached.
These gears are considered to be new old stock with the part numbers stamped onto some but not all of the parts. This same part number was present on the packaging. Please note that when I mail these they are rubber banded together in a tight bundle to prevent them from chattering together during shipping. These will be mailed in a piece of PVC pipe or a stiff cardboard tube to prevent damage. These are nice to have for custom clock building, slot cars, model railroad and other hobbies and or CNC projects or 3-D printers.
