    Description

    You are buying 10 Pen Kits. Each requires a Pen Blank a set of bushings and a Mandrill along with a Lathe. These Kits are factory seconds, which means there is a flaw in the kit somewhere. I grabbed one at random for my pictures. I cant find the flaws, it may be the thickness of the coating. They say they sell these for classes where perfection doesn't count.
